1. Once the order is placed, it will take 48 working hours to process the order.
2. Please note that any order placed, will take a minimum of 4-5 working days to arrive, if the delivery address is AP & Telangana, and 7-8 working days for the rest of the states of India.
3. Shipments and deliveries could be held or possibly be delayed. These mishaps are entirely subject to the current situation.
4. If the submitted pincode is not reachable by our shipping partner, we will ship via postal service to the nearest pincode (incase this takes place, the customer has to go and collect the parcel from the delivery hub).
1. Returns will be accepted if the customer receives the products in a damaged/broken state, prior to delivery.
2. Return request has to be made by the customer via email email@example.com
3. An unboxing video of the packaging is to be compulsorily recorded while raising a return request.
4. Returns will not be accepted via WhatsApp messages, DM’s or phone calls. Only emails will be considered.
5. Customers will strictly receive only STORE CREDIT but NOT REFUND.
6. Once the return is accepted by Honeyish, customers will be given the option to buy any product worth Returned Order Value.
7. Same returned product cannot be replaced if the product is out of stock already.
8. Return freight charges have to be borne by the customers.
9. No extra discount will be given on returned products.
10. Please note that an unboxing video of the sealed brand package is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement (only product in stock) or return of broken/missing items of jewellery.
11. The whole package cannot be returned if only a single product in the order is broken/damaged. The customer can only return the damaged product.
